Keys Capital Inc. was formed to facilitate 1031 Exchanges for investors nationwide. Jack Shea had been participating as a Florida Real Estate Exchanger since 1982, and as a facilitator since 1986. An active investor and exchanger for his own account, Jack began acting for investors around the country. Merle Shea, the President, has also been an investor and business owner for over 25 years. They are both real estate licenses.

Jack has been awarded the Certified Exchange Specialists (CES) designation by the Federation of Accommodators. As members of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators, they subscribe to their strict code of ethics. The FEA conducts regional and national meetings covering the latest court decisions and IRS rulings on exchange issues. The FEA distributes analyses of IRS letter rulings, revenue procedures and proposed new rulings to its members. Keys is able to keep its clients informed on the most recent IRS decisions on a wide range of 1031 topics.

Jack also teaches seminars nationally on Land Trusts with attorney Mark Warda. He also teaches option, mortgage and exchange classes. His book, Secrets of Lease Option Profits, is a best seller.
