A tenant owned a home in our park, but failed to pay lot rent. They went to court for eviction, but the writ of eviction was not filed because they talked the park manager into accepting a payment arrangement. The tenants promised to pay a substantial portion of the past due balance 2 weeks after the court date. The day before this payment was due, the home burned down, charred black
