I received an email today from one of our district managers letting me know that the manager in one of the parks is upset that she is not number one on our list of best collections. She said if she can’t get to number one soon (she has 1 resident that hasn’t paid) she is considering paying it herself to get to number one. You have to love this kind of dedication. Of course, we don’t expect her to do this but if all our managers were like this our collections would really be outstanding!
