I am not guaranteeing the payment but I will do all the work to re-sell the home if the buyer defaults. The loan amount is approximately $11K with an interest rate of 16% for 30 months. Greetings folks, My father currently owns a mobile home park in Aiken S.C. he currently has 14 out of 17 units rented. The rents are approximately $365 per unit (which is to low for the area, but worth it for the units). He has approximately 2 acres of additional land adjacent to the park. He claims that it is UD zoned (does anyone have a definition for this?). I believe that there is great potential for this park, maybe with some creative financing or help with some private investors.
