Franke Rolfe is the president and CEO of American Home Communities, LP, which is ranked as one of the 100 largest owners of mobile home parks in the United States.

Frank has officed from day one out of the mobile home parks, and, as a result, has an unusually experienced knowledge of all facets of the industry. Founded in 1997, the company has seen the extreme boom and bust of the cycle, ARC in its infancy, and the evolution of the industry from trailer trash to affordable housing. Even the name of the business has changed during this period… from mobile home to manufactured housing.

Because the company has focused on turn arounds, Frank has seen first hand the worst troubles a mobile home park operator can face. Frank has lost natural gas service in the winter, electrical service in the summer, and water well failure in between. He has had to take on face to face screaming city officials, crazy tenants, and natural disasters. He has even endured lunch with a 400 pound tenant who ate 16 hotdogs at one sitting, all in the line of duty.

Prior to founding American Home Communities, LP, Frank started, built up, and sold a large highway billboard company.

Frank holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University in California, and teaches public speaking as a hobby at Southern Methodist University.
