For the price of a nice brick house, we bought a 77 space mobile home park with 23 lots rented at $210 per month, plus 37 park owned homes. And the location is sandwiched between a high-rise apartment building and an upscale funeral home & cemetery, on the busiest street in town. Try and top that with a single-family home investment. Or apartment complex. Or anything else.
