When we started the Affordable Housing Summit series nearly twenty years ago, we had a very simple premise: what if we could explore the current status and projections going forward in each category of the mobile home park business? And, given that, shouldn’t everyone who attends be able to come away with at least a few game-changer ideas that make –or save – everyone who attends thousands of dollars?
From that very first Summit event, we found this concept to be fully functional with enormous response from park owners that they had, indeed, profited from the information, so we just kept going. We expanded from the original one-day format to a two-day format, and we changed the event from in-person to virtual to save everyone from the travel time and cost. Best yet, today we fully record the event and give you those recordings after the event has ended – just in case you have to miss any portion (or simply want to watch the entire thing on your own schedule.
It’s also worth noting that we have never increased the ticket price since that first event, and it remains at the ridiculously cheap price of $99 – which works out to roughly $6 an hour for a priceless amount of information. If you can’t make at least ten times the ticket price with just one idea from the Summit, then you must not be trying!
The bottom line is that the 2026 Affordable Housing Summit is the best industry event you’ll attend (or watch) this year! You literally have virtually nothing to lose and everything to gain.
