And the location is sandwiched between a high-rise apartment building and an upscale funeral home & cemetery, on the busiest street in town. Try and top that with a single-family home investment. Or apartment complex. Or anything else.

We are closing on a roughly 150 space mobile home park next week. It's an REO. And we think there will be more deals like this going forward. Many people bought mobile home parks in the 2005 era, over-paying for the parks, and then doing a horrible job of operating them. Those notes are coming due now, and this property is a textbook example of what a great REO deal looks like.
